AERIAL classes

Aerial is way to practice yoga. Feel how the hammock deepens a stretch, provides another balancing point & offers physical feedback as your body presses this versatile fabric.

Inversions increase circulation, stimulate endorphin release and connect with all systems of the body and mind. Aerial is much more than going upside down, as your legs, core, and upper body strengthen & all areas decompress both physically and mentally. Invite more emotional balance and moment to moment presence. We always encourage you to do what feels right today, to rest, replenish and breathe well.
