Start your new year with a detoxifying and restorative aerial class. This slow flow is appropriate for all levels including beginners. Bryson & Heather offer restorative elements to soften winter's edges and bring you back to center after the fast paced holiday season.

Expect aerial decompression, familiar & perhaps newly introduced postures and movements, and excellent instruction from two experienced  teachers.  Heather closes class with an extended savasana and sound bath
