Meg Hall spent years as a social worker in a health care environment & now offers social work services independently right here in Knightville. Meg understands the challenges, grief, and fulfillment of working in health care and mental health care during these extraordinarily challenging times.

Join Meg as she speak to YOU, the nurse, doctor, np, social worker, therapist, specialist in physical and mental health care while teaching and guiding you in an aerial yoga sequence to open your body and soothe your heart as you gather with others in similar professions.

Beginners are welcome, and movements can be adjusted to your level of comfort.

Meg is an RYT 200 yoga teacher, trained here at Leaping Waters through Southern Maine Yoga School. She also completed her aerial yoga teacher training here and has a background in dance performance and instruction. Meg is a bright light and teaches in a lighthearted, welcoming way..
