Jared guides this basic aerial class with men's bodies and perspectives in mind. This session is suitable for beginning or continuing aerial yoga in a chill, welcoming environment. Release and relieve pressure and tension as you find new ways to move, reveal strengths, use coordination and explore range of movement.
Wear comfortable clothing without zippers please. Longer pants are more comfortable than shorts as the fabric presses against the body. Wear a top with short or long sleeves and avoid tank tops please.

Passes are 4 for $100 or 10 for $240 and good for all one hour aerial classes on Wed, Sat & Sun each week
