Bryson is an experienced yoga teacher who is trained in aerial as well as vinyasa and restorative yoga. She offers a balanced class with opportunities for all levels and welcomes beginners. Stretch and strenghten in aerial flow with inversion offered, followed by a restorative slow down into extended savasana.
