This teacher level training focused on aerial transitions, grips, tips and tricks. For you and your aerial students who are advancing, learn some new moves. You'll be guided to both practice and teach these postures and receive a packet to take with you so you don't have to remember every cue or take notes (unless you want to!)

Caren Welker and Jared Payton will be your guides and other Leaping Waters' teachers may assist or teach you their own tips and tricks :)

Students who are not teachers are welcome. Comfort with inversions and aerial practice is necessary & you will be teaching as well as learning during the workshop
