Tap into core strength using the aerial hammock & release overworked muscles and connective tissues with ball rolling. Props may include yoga tune up balls, pilates balls, weighted hula hoops, and light weights. Aerial sequence with Warm ups, Sun Salutations with the hammock, arm, leg and core strengthening, hooping intervals, aerial Inversions and pull ups, and other movements focused on toning the muscles. All levels of fitness welcome! Options are always included and you choose how much to challenge yourself.
