Meg Hall is an aerial yoga teacher, dance teacher & social worker in a health care environment. She understands the challenges, grief, and fulfillment of working in health care and mental health care during this extraordinarily challenging and unusual time.

Join Meg as she speak to YOU, the nurse, doctor, np, social worker, therapist, specialist in physical and mental health care while teaching and guiding you in an aerial yoga sequence to open your body and soothe your heart.

A portion of donations are for Meg and a portion are for Love Yoga Fund, our studio dedication to supporting others who need yoga and sometimes are not in a position to pay.
