Learn how to practice, sequence and teach restorative aerial classes both hip height and closer to the earth. Yin, Restorative and Core postures and movements included in step by step fashion. Practice teach and find your voice with small group and partner exercises.

Prepare to teach Aerial Yin, Aerial Earth as developed here at Leaping Waters, and learn ways to incorporate the aerial hammock for spa classes like aerial with reiki, aerial with massage and aerial meditations such as yoga nidra. 

Aerial Level 1 strongly suggested. Massage therapists or reiki practitioners who only want this Level 2 workshop will be considered after 4 aerial classes as prerequisite.
