Uplift your energy and build strength and tone with BARRE. Our barre is spacious and basking in natural light and our teachers are kind hearted and have experience in other movement practices such as aerial, dance and yoga. Classes are well rounded and may include barre exercise, pilates balls, light weights, and resistance bands.
Activate, tone, and strengthen the entire body, with well rounded exercises in a short amount of time.
Focus is placed on core stabilization and spinal alignment, while engaging in high repetitions of isolations, pulsing, and other small movements. Class is designed to fatigue the muscles and develop lean muscle tone, balance, flexibility, and overall body/mind strength.
Work the front/back arms, thighs, glutes and abdominals.
The music is energizing, the movements are powerful and we end class with stretching to lengthen back out the muscles and relax the whole body. Find your barre groove here with a 4 week series between Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Attend a single class or all 4. Add aerial at 10 am to make it a Self Care Saturday. Bring your friends & start an outstanding Saturday together!
