Float in an aerial hammock or choose a mat and props to support you in this guided practice of rest. Yoga Nidra offers the benefits of up to 4 hours of sleep, may promote better sleep and rest, and has mental and emotional health benefits.

It is also a practice of releasing stagnant energy and opening to manifestation and intuition.

During our yoga nidras, we may add live sound instruments to enhance yoga nidra and encourage a deeply resstful experience.
