As we enter late summer season, we move from the activity of sun and fire element to the grounding and nourishment of earth element and the harvest. Kimber Lucier of Rose Wild Alchemy in Kennebunk returns with her sound healing instruments and tools to help us balance our minds and bodies during this transitional time. The Earth Element sign Virgo represents nourishment and caring for our physical bodies. Kimber offers a tuning fork attunement and energetic clearing for each person in the room. Get comfortable n a restorative posture with bolsters, eye pillows and other props of your choice and let the sounds of the bowls and other instruments bathe your body, mind and spirit.
