Tara is a licensed esthetician, Integrative Holistic Life Coach, Reiki Master, and Sound Practitioner. 

During your reiki session Tara will add sound from instruments such as bowls or chimes to enhance your relaxation and encourage energy integration, with your permission

Tara is part of the Leaping Waters family and has been involved in the sound trainings and reiki sessions at the holiday market. She is based in southern Maine and practices at Rose Wild Alchemy in Kennebunk as well as in New Hampshire.
