Join Robin in our beautiful, spacious studio for a small group experience with dialogue & experiential learning you can take home and create a routine with. Beginners and all levels are welcome. Learn to adapt your practice during all 3 trimesters. Meet other moms and find a sense of community.
Robin studied Prenatal Yoga with Pranakriya School of Yoga and has a decade of experience guiding prenatal yoga classes and private sessions
One on one sessions are also available and may include breath awareness, restorative postures, yoga nidra to address anxiety or depressive tendencies, how to modify your previous yoga or fitness practice, and other individual requests.
