Robin guides restorative yoga postures & breath, and during each posture Callie and Robin circulate the room to offer nurturing reiki and massage. Our focus is the heart including heart opening, heart warming, and heart healing.

Permission cards are used so you can opt in or out of hands on treatments at any time.
