Isolating ourselves from feeling difficult emotions by avoiding being with other people can also limit our access to the feel good emotions of connection- including boosting serotonin levels. When we shut down from interacting and socializing, we can often shut down our own open flowing breath until we notice we’re chronically holding our breath- ie. holding back connection to life.
Breathwork with Spiraldance Breathwork is an integrative Breathwork therapy that helps to bring more energy and vitality into our body and helps free us from feeling stuck. Experiencing a Breathwork Session in a group also helps us connect to and remember that we are not alone on this planet of human living- including the ups and downs.
Integrative Breathwork Therapy with Spiraldance Breathwork offers a unique way to recalibrate your nervous system while helping to train our over-thinking analytical mind to let go a bit more as we gain greater connection to our body (exhale) and helps motivate us to welcome in more of life and life experiences (inhale)- including connection.
Using a conscious, circular breath for integrative processing, these Spiraldance Breathwork Group Breathwork Sessions are a guided supine practice accompanied by a soulful musical soundtrack and the hands on support/encouraging support of a trained facilitator so you can journey back to your own self and your own sense of belonging in community.
Once you change the underlying “freeze” pattern within your whole system, you can feel more at ease and peace in your body—and your breath will feel more free as well.
Leave feeling more alive, refreshed, at peace, relaxed and connected. A transformative approach to integrative healing, workshop is guided by long-time Breathwork practitioner, ceremonialist, and founder of Spiraldance Breathwork, Tania Zuckerman- offering transformational integrative journeys with therapeutic Breathwork since 2007.
