Practicing Yamuna Body Rolling® since 2003, Melora certified to teach YBR® in 2009, and was impressed with the therapeutic benefits of the deep tissue release and creation of space in the joints. Inspired to further train in the YBR® method she completed the Foot Fitness Certification in 2011, and the Advanced Ball Certification in 2012.

Sept 9th Leg and Hip Muscles Lengthened 

~ Balls:  Silver, and Gold (please bring any Yamuna balls you may own)

Release tight hamstrings, quadriceps, adductors, iliotibial band and buttock muscles. Create muscle length, increase range of motion in the hip joint, and free the pull on the lower back, pelvis, and knees causing misalignment. Stimulate healthy density of bones. Help relieve sciatic pain caused by a tight piriformis.

Oct 7th Neck and Shoulder Release 

~  Balls:  Gold or sub silver, pearl or sub black (please bring any Yamuna balls you may own)

Lift the sternum, widen the collarbones, free neck stiffness and release tightness in the pectorals and shoulders. Traction the entire spine, focusing on cervical length, and creat more mobility and spaciousness in the upper body. Good for rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, scoliosis, and neck issues.

Nov 11th Deep Hip Release 

~  Balls:  a black

Release tightness from the deep lateral rotators including the piriformis, tone the buttocks, work out tight hamstrings, hip flexors, adductors and iliotibial bands, freeing the leg attachments to the pelvis. Bring circulation to entire ball socket joint. Great for arthritis, low back, hip and knee issues.      

Dec 9th Low and Mid Back Relief 

~  Balls:  Gold or sub silver, and a black or indigo (please bring any Yamuna balls you may own)

Create spinal length to release back tension, including deep psoas work. Traction the spine while developing core strength. Work into the quadratus lumborum. Good for compressed disks, psoas and iliacus imbalances, sacroiliac joint issues, and stimulates digestion. Feel spacious, taller and stronger after elongating the torso.
