About Melissa~ Melissa has forever been drawn to the union of mind and body in the present moment and the healing that can take place there. Finding yoga while in recovery from surgery, she became passionate about sharing the gifts that it had brought. She completed her 500HR YTT with ShivaShakti School of Yoga in 2018, and has done specialty trainings in Yoga Nidra, Pranayama and Meditation, Children’s Yoga and Restorative Yoga. Melissa is also a long time student and teacher of Sanskrit, Mantra, and Yogic Philosophy.

Through studies with the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) and Melissa Rose Redman she acquired her Usui/Holy Fire ART Reiki Master certification in May 2019. Most recently she has embraced a passion for the healing benefits of sound which she shares through the harmonium and singing bowls, and a variety of other sound healing instruments
