Cacao for All Souls Day & Day of the Dead: Why Drink Cacao?

Did you know that cacao is traditionally consumed during Day of the Dead celebrations in Mexico?

Cacao is plant medicine, a raw, pure form of chocolate or cocoa that brings blood flow and energy to the heart. It’s used in rituals for vitality, grief, and release of emotional blocks.

Our Cacao is rich and nourishing, with flavonoids and anti oxidants. It’s imported from a small group in Guatemala. On November 2nd, the final day 3 days known Day of the Dead and All Souls Day, we gather to honor ancestors, process and honor grief and also honor aliveness. There will be optional sharing of purpose and intention in a sacred circle, filled with support. Even your slient intentions are supported and filled with energy through cacao ritual and meditation time, all guided.

If this is your first experience with cacao, that is totally fine! Expect possible emotional uplifting and sensations in the body and heart space as you fill with this ‘plant medicine’. You may feel energized and you could find it easier to feel your feelings and/or express them. Cacao is your ally.

Sign up on the schedule for this relatively small group experience.
