Yin Yoga for Men Series Extended through April 22nd

Jared was re-inspired to teach Yin Yoga after teaching at a Men’s retreat this fall. He understands the common reluctance men may feel about entering a yoga studio, and will teach with beginners in mind as well as with awareness of both the athletic body and the body that has experienced less movement and stretching, making this a perfect all level session. Jared teaches to the guy with many responsibilities and roles, who may have difficulty quieting the mind and he will gently guide a more meditative or reflective state of mind, with breath and other techniques.

Jared has a professional career along with teaching aerial and yin yoga. He is also trained in vinyasa and holds an Aikido black belt.
