Your body is your home, and during this homecoming season of holidays and reconnection, Hayley comes home to Leaping Waters' studio where her aerial journey began. She invites you to a slow aerial flow for deep connection, tapping into physical and emotional strength and release. Hayley's aerial workshops are dedicated to renewing your investment in your home, your body, your SELF and inviting EMBODIMENT, full presence with your experience. 

Center with connection to breath and moments to rest within each posture. Pause mindfully  to focus on release of any tension, known or unknown. Class will end with floating meditation.
