Restorative Yoga is the practice of simply being. Rest in very gentle, prop supported postures and allow your mind to clear and re-set. Over time, Restorative Yoga can help support the nervous system, shift self talk and release stored emotions and stories from the past and present that do not benefit us. Robin or the guest teacher will offer breath cues and techniques to encourage present moment awareness and train the body to breathe well.
Sound instruments such as crystal bowls create a supportive atmosphere for resting the body and mind. A generous savasana time closes the practice.
